How are we half-way through the year already? After a wonderful spring, we are in full summer travel mode and what a glorious thing that is too!
This month we’re taking you to some of the off-the-beaten-track group travel destinations in Europe. Some may say these are hidden gems, others might say "sshh, don’t tell everyone!" Can you picture yourself here, with or without a group in tow?! We can! Have a wonderful June and we love hearing about your travel plans so do stay in touch!

Wallpaper number 1 takes us to Piran, Slovenia. This 19th century resort town on the Adriatic coast is a great place to explore on foot. With its cobblestone streets, Venetian architecture and colourful houses, it is far less-crowded in the summer than its Italian “neighbour”, Venice!Â
Wallpaper number 2 takes us to the stunning blue Mediterranean waters of Malta. This independent nation has quite the history of rulers, from the Romans and Moors, to the French and English. It has an array of fortresses, megalithic temples and many more historical points of interest.
Wallpaper number 3 takes us to the delightful Scandinavian city of Stockholm. With its unique and colourful architecture, Stockholm comes to life in the summer. The long summer nights sees locals and visitors alike enjoying the city’s parks, cafes and outdoor dining venues with the sun barely dipping below the horizon.Â
And, for your bonus wallpaper, we find ourselves at Wawel Castle in Krakow, Poland. Now a premier art museum in Poland, the Wawel Royal castle, with its stunning Renaissance architecture atop Wawel Hill, is of great importance throughout Poland’s history. It is also home to the royal gardens and a small vineyard!
