Welcome to March 2024!
Spring is on the doorstep if it hasnāt already sprung to life where you are, and the days are getting ever so slightly longer! Thereās much excitement about the little pops of colour as blossoms and flowers start appearing and seasonal menus are changed. This month, for something a little different, we decided to focus on the letter āMā and have found ourselves in the Murcia region in south-eastern Spain.
March also means a busy spring break full of wonderful travel experiences for many! We wish you much success, peace and safe travels as the spring travel season gets underway.

Wallpaper number 1 is of peach blossoms. Murcia is a region rich in agriculture and aquaculture; and with its plentiful year-round sunshine, much of Spainās produce comes from the region.
Wallpaper number 2 is of oranges. Did you know that the sweet and delicious Valencia orange is also known as a Murcia orange? Oranges have been cultivated in Spain since at least the 15th century, and they are not only produced for their fruit but also for their peel, which is dried and used for botanicals in beverages, essential oils and more.
Wallpaper number 3 reminds us to look up while exploring the city of Murcia! This is the inner courtyard of the Episcopal Palace, an 18th century colourful building in the centre of the city.Ā Nearby is the pedestrian square and delightful gardens of Glorieta de EspaƱa where colourful spring blooms abound.
And, for your bonus wallpaper, this stunning image is taken on the boardwalk of Mar Menor in the region of Murcia. It is Europeās largest saltwater lagoon and is separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga, a thin stretch of land. It is a magical March picture!
