New colleagues, and new membership!

It may have been the summer break for many, but we have been busy adding to our team and our partnerships. 

New colleagues

We are delighted to welcome two new team members - Jane Tougouma, our new Global Sales Manager, and Robbie McMullan, as Group Travel Specialist & Tour Manager. 

Jane is based in Ohio, and joins us from an illustrious career in the US travel sector, working in many roles including as a supplier in the hospitality sector, for a DMO (Destination Management Organisation) and for a tour operator. She is a Certified Student Travel Professional (CSTP), and currently serves on the SYTA Board of Directors following a stint as a Trustee for the SYTA Youth Foundation. She will be joining me at the SYTA Conference as well from 23-26 August.

Robbie interned with us in 2019 at our music festival and in the office last summer, and we are delighted that he has now completed his university studies and has returned as a full time staff member! Robbie will be focusing on our performing and cultural tours, and will also be joining groups as a tour manager on the road.

NTA

We are also delighted to have rejoined NTA (National Tour Association), and Jane will be attending the Travel Exchange event in Ottawa from 09-12 November, after rushing back from World Travel Market in London the week before. 

We are excited to connect with partners old and new who are members of this esteemed association.
